NEW SERVICE PLAN
Dr. Kern will be charging $30.00 per hour, prepaid, for all phone service work provided on all beds not purchased directly from Dr. Kern USA, or beds which are out of their warranty period. The $30.00 fee covers up to 60 minutes of phone service (i.e. 2 calls x 30 minuted or 6 calls x 10 minutes, etc.). We have been forced to institute this charge to cover our costs on the large volume of calls from customers purchasing used equipment, etc. not within our network, or customers not receiving service from their authorized dealer.
